What makes a winner? Just look at some of the top Olympic athletes in Sochi. It takes dedication, perseverance, courage and motivation to be a medal winner, as well as a great coach.

Some of those same attributes are evident in the leading Watkins sales people. Their success didn’t come overnight. Neither did success come early for the company itself. Founded in 1868, Watkins grew because of its great products.
